Everything you need to connect, configure, and run Continuity Intelligence.

    Getting Started

How the Free Drift Report Works

Paste your work email and a publicly accessible URL — a course page, KB article, or help center doc. We compare it against its linked source of truth and return a scored drift report within 24 hours. No account required.

Setting Up Your First Content Connection

After your trial begins, connect your first source of truth (a product doc URL, release notes page, or policy page) and your first deployed content asset (a course URL, KB article, or job aid). The system will run its first comparison automatically.

    Understanding Your Drift Score

Drift scores run 0–100. 90+ is healthy. 70–89 indicates moderate drift worth reviewing. Below 70 means content is significantly out of sync and should be prioritized for revision.

    Integrations

    LMS Connections

Docebo · Cornerstone · Moodle · Brightspace · Workday Learning · SAP SuccessFactors

Connect via API key from your LMS admin panel. CI will index your course library and begin monitoring for drift against your configured sources of truth. Docebo and Cornerstone support two-way sync; others support read + alert.

    Knowledge Base Connections

    Confluence · Zendesk · SharePoint

Connect via OAuth. CI reads your published article content and compares it against linked source URLs or uploaded reference documents. Updates are pushed back as draft revisions for editor review.

    Authoring Tool Connections

    Articulate 360 · Rise 360 · Storyline 360

Connect via Articulate's Review 360 API. CI reads published course content and flags drifted text, outdated screenshots, and stale narration scripts. AI-drafted revisions are returned as tracked change suggestions.

    Notification Channels

    Slack · Microsoft Teams

Connect via webhook. Drift alerts are delivered to your configured channel with priority level, affected asset, and a direct link to the review queue.

    Workflow

    How the Review Queue Works

Every detected drift surfaces in your Review & Approve tab with a priority badge (Critical / High / Medium / Low), a confidence score, the number of affected assets, and an AI-drafted revision. Your team reviews, edits if needed, and approves or rejects. Approved changes are queued for sync.

    Roles & Permissions

Admin: full access to connections, billing, and user management. Editor: can review, approve, and reject drift items. Viewer: read-only access to drift reports and analytics.

    Sync Cadence

By default, CI scans connected content every 24 hours. Enterprise plans support real-time scanning triggered by source document changes via webhook.
