We're building the infrastructure layer that keeps enterprise knowledge accurate at scale. If that problem interests you, we'd love to talk.
Continuity Intelligence is pre-revenue and moving fast. We're a small team with deep conviction that AI-assisted knowledge governance is a category-defining problem. We offer competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and the chance to build something from scratch.
We're looking for a hunter who knows how to navigate L&D, IT, and compliance buying committees at mid-market and enterprise companies. You'll own the full sales cycle from outbound through close, work directly with the founder, and help shape our go-to-market playbook. You have 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a track record closing $50K–$200K ACV deals, and comfort selling into HR/L&D or adjacent enterprise buyers. OTE $180K–$240K plus equity.
You'll own the core drift detection models — the algorithms that compare deployed training content against source-of-truth documents and surface meaningful semantic differences. Applied ML work: embedding models, similarity scoring, change classification, continuous evaluation against real enterprise content. You have 3+ years with NLP/LLM systems in production, experience with embedding models and semantic similarity, and strong Python fundamentals. Experience with RAG architectures or document comparison is a strong plus. Competitive base plus equity.
You'll be the technical point of contact for our first enterprise customers — owning integrations, debugging edge cases, and building lightweight tooling that makes customers successful. Half engineer, half solutions architect. You have 2–5 years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience, comfort reading and writing API integrations, and strong communication skills. Experience with LMS platforms, knowledge bases, or authoring tools is a strong plus. Competitive base plus equity.
You'll be our internal subject matter expert on how enterprise training content is actually built, maintained, and broken. You'll inform product decisions, support customer discovery, and help ensure our drift detection logic reflects real-world ID workflows. You have 3+ years of instructional design experience in an enterprise or agency setting, hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools, and strong opinions about what makes training content go stale. Competitive base plus equity.
We're building this team deliberately. If you think you belong here, tell us why.
